1. Where do you send things?
We only ship to places in the UK right now. Sorry, but we don't ship outside the US right now.
2. Do you ship for free?
Yes! All orders shipped within the UK get free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase.
3. When will I get my order?
Most of the time, orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after the package is shipped, depending on where you live.
4. What do I need to do to track my order?
You will get an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time once your order ships.
5. What kinds of payments do you take?
We now accept payments through PayPal, which makes checking out safe and easy.
6. What is your policy on returns?

7. How long does it take to get your money back?
Once we get your returned item and check it out, we'll process your refund within 7 business days and send it back to the same payment method you used to buy it (PayPal).
8. What happens if my item is broken when it gets here?
Please call us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives broken or damaged. Please include photos and your order number. We'll quickly set up a refund or a new item.
9. After I place my order, can I change it or cancel it?
