1. Who Can Apply
We are open to wholesale partnerships with:
Stores and showrooms that sell furniture
Designers and decorators for the inside
Businesses in hospitality and property development
Stores that sell home decor online
Customers who buy in bulk for offices or businesses
All applications for wholesale must be approved.
2. Minimum Order Amounts
The minimum order for wholesale prices is £1,000, not including VAT and shipping.
Discounts are based on how many and how often you order. Please get in touch with us for a personalized quote.
3. Costs and Payments
Wholesale customers get special prices and discounts based on how much they buy.
Before we can process your wholesale order, you need to pay in full.
For approved clients, we accept PayPal, bank transfers, and some invoicing options.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Depending on the size of the order and the availability of stock, lead times for wholesale orders may change.
Unless you agree to it ahead of time, free shipping may not apply to wholesale orders.
We only ship to the UK for wholesale orders unless other arrangements are made.
5. Warranty and Returns
Wholesale orders are final, so you can't change your mind and return them.
Our standard 12-month structural warranty still covers all of our products.
Based on an assessment, damaged or broken items will be fixed, replaced, or credited.
6. Orders Made Just for You
We can make custom colors, materials, or large quantities for qualifying wholesale customers upon request.
The minimum order amounts and lead times will be different.
